Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from WWW.STUSSY.COM.AU. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to assist you.

Please note: We do not accept returns for Stussy product not purchased from WWW.STUSSY.COM.AU. 


RETURNS

To request a return / exchange please email online@stussy.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order.

Item(s) purchased from WWW.STUSSY.COM.AU must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 10 days of receiving the shipment. 

We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale purchases are final.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Our team will assess returns on a case-by-case basis and stussy.com.au hold the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be unsatisfactory.

Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. We will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns. It is solely on the customer to ensure the items are returned safely.

A request for an order cancellation will incur a $40.00AUD restocking and administration fee.

If a product/s is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at online@stussy.com.au as soon you discover the fault. Faults must be brought to our attention within 1 week of purchase.


EXCHANGES

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn) within 10 business days of receiving your order. Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.

 Details for exchange requests should be directed to online@stussy.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. A staff member will reply to your request within 48 hours to organise the exchange.
