Stussy.com.au must be notified of any issue with delivery within 30 days of the parcel being dispatched.
stussy.com.au will not be held responsible for any parcel that is left at a premises once delivered.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed on Stussy.com.au are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 4 pm AEST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 3-5 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification. Stussy.com.au ships Australia wide offering a Standard service. Shipping and handling charges are:

All items listed on www.stussy.com.au are inclusive of GST.
PAYMENT METHODS
Stussy.com.au accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard & American Express. In addition, we also accept payment via PayPal. Payments made via PayPal must come from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.
FRAUD PROTECTION
Once an order is processed, we reserve the right to request confirmation of card authorisation as we see fit. If this is deemed satisfactory, your order will be processed. Please note we will never ask for sensitive information.
Return Guidelines
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from WWW.STUSSY.COM.AU. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to assist you.
Please note: We do not accept returns for Stussy product not purchased from WWW.STUSSY.COM.AU.
RETURNS
To request a return / exchange please email online@stussy.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns that are not first requested and approved will not be processed.
Item(s) purchased from WWW.STUSSY.COM.AU must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Our team will assess returns on a case-by-case basis and stussy.com.au hold the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be unsatisfactory.
Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. We will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns. It is solely on the customer to ensure the items are returned safely.
A request for an order cancellation will incur a $40.00AUD restocking and administration fee.
If a product/s is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at online@stussy.com.au as soon you discover the fault. Faults must be brought to our attention within 1 week of purchase.
EXCHANGES
Stussy.com.au does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the product for a full refund and place a new order for your preferred item(s).
