We aim to update our website with the latest stock information, however occasionally sold-out products will remain on the website until it is next updated. If an item you have ordered has sold-out, we will notify you by phone or email as soon as possible.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Stussy will exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in their original condition, with all original tags attached. If swimwear or underwear are being exchanged/returned, we require the hygiene seal to remain in place. Refunds and exchanges are not available on free promotional or sale items. Refunds and exchanges can be made 4 weeks from the date of purchase. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Promotions include free gifts, discounts or sale items and promotional codes.
Promotions are valid for a specified period of time and are for single use only unless otherwise specified. Single use promotions must be used in their entirety and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
If you wish to exchange or receive a refund for a product that was purchased during a promotion, you will receive a refund or goods to the value of the original purchase. If the promotion has expired, you forfeit the use of that promotion on the replacement or on future orders.
